A marvelous setup of Pinocchio and Stromboli inside Stormboli's wagon. The lively feel of this piece is set off by the the outstanding color and detail of its heavenly watercolor background. (Note the detail of the puppets, barrel and buckets.) The image of the ever manipulative Stromboli is one of the largest ever to be offered for sale. The image of a hesitant Pinocchio wonderfully rounds out this work of art. To date this is one of only six setups of Stromboli and Pinocchio to be offered publicly for sale.
